Project Description

LEA provided professional services in the fields of transportation engineering, functional planning and preliminary design of all at grade and underground transportation facilities for five (5) development blocks.
 
As of September 2003, blocks 20 and 23 are under construction, while blocks 22, 24, and 25 are at various levels of planning and design development at the beginning of 2005.
 
Each block will accommodate high density residential condominium towers at varying heights, with one tower (block 22) planned to exceed 70 storeys. Block 24 will include a retail component along the Spadina Avenue and the Bremner Boulevard frontages.
 
Truck courts have been configured at grade and below grade, while all parking facilities will be located below grade for an aggregate total of approximately 4,000 spaces.
